Merchant Terms and Conditions – The Bargain Gate

Effective Date: May 2nd, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation of merchants ("Merchant", "you", or "your") in The Bargain Gate platform ("we", "us", "our" or "The Bargain Gate"), a mobile and online application that promotes merchant discounts and offers to our loyal members ("Members").

By submitting offers or participating in The Bargain Gate, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participation and Fees

Participation in The Bargain Gate platform is currently free of charge.
We do not take any commission or percentage from sales resulting from the offers promoted through our platform.

2. Offers and Discounts

Merchants may submit exclusive discounts or offers to be promoted through the app.
These discounts must be valid and clearly stated, including the percentage discount or any conditions.
Offers must remain valid for the stated duration, and you agree not to change or revoke any published offer without providing at least 30 days prior written notice to The Bargain Gate.
This notice period ensures we can appropriately update and inform our members.

3. Modifications and Updates

If you wish to modify, update, or withdraw any offer or promotional content, you must notify us in writing at least 30 calendar days in advance.
The Bargain Gate is not responsible for any confusion or issues arising from non-compliance with the notice period.

4. Exclusions and Other Offers

Any special promotions, flash sales, or in-store-only offers that are not applicable in conjunction with the published discount must be clearly stated.
Discounts listed on The Bargain Gate may not be combined with other ongoing offers unless explicitly allowed by the merchant.

5. Content and Accuracy

Merchants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information, including business name, address, contact information, and terms of discounts.
The Bargain Gate reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any offer that is misleading, offensive, or not in the interest of our platform or Members.

6. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bargain Gate, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation or the content of your offers.
The Bargain Gate does not guarantee traffic, sales, or business as a result of your participation.

7. Termination

You may terminate your participation at any time with 30 days’ notice.
The Bargain Gate reserves the right to terminate any merchant relationship at its discretion, particularly if the terms of this agreement are violated.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Lebanon.
